Why Group Work?

Group work offers unique opportunities for connection, reflection, and shared insight—amplifying the healing process through collective presence and resonance. You'll be supported by a team of highly trained and compassionate professionals, including licensed mental health professionals and a board-certified psychiatrist, each bringing extensive experience in trauma-informed care, ketamine therapy and integration.

Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, trauma or seeking personal growth, you don’t need to feel certain, just open and curious. This intensive offers a powerful opportunity to reconnect with your inner wisdom and move toward wholeness—together.

The Space

We’re excited to offer group work in a mountain setting just beyond Boulder, where nature becomes part of the healing process. In a time when many feel disconnected, these groups invite a return to shared experience, meaningful connection, and healing in community

Group of five people lying on cushions and mattresses on a floor in a spacious living room with large windows showing snow-covered trees outside, surrounded by various objects including tarot cards, candles, and a blanket-covered table in the center.
A round room with large windows surrounding it, filled with colorful floor chairs arranged in a circle, a light-colored rug in the center, and natural light coming from the windows.
Empty living room with hardwood floors, a round white rug, large windows with curtains, a wall-mounted white air conditioning unit, a ceiling-mounted projector, and a decorative wall art piece. Sunlight streams through the windows, illuminating the space.

FAQ

  • We invite participants to arrive anytime between 8:30 and 9:00am, allowing space to settle in, connect, and feel comfortable in the space. We’ll begin by gathering as a group to get to know one another and the facilitators, and to gently prepare for the journey ahead — exploring what to expect and how to care for yourself throughout the day.

  • While we will be providing eyeshades, headphones, sheets, blankets and mats to lay on, we encourage you to bring any additional items for your physical and emotional comfort. This includes but not limited to: blankets, pillows, grounding objects and eyeshades if you have a particular kind that work best for you. We will also be providing light snacks and beverages after the group journey.

  • A ride to and from the group intensive is mandatory. No one is allowed to drive themselves after the Ketamine journey.

  • The $195 deposit is refundable if the appointment with Dr. Paul is canceled with at least 48 hours notice. Within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
